How to claim your reward
Massive THANK YOU for donating and selecting a Badminton or Pickleball session as a reward

Claim your reward via the following steps:
1 - Make a donation
Ensure you have donated prior to the next steps.

We cannot retrospectively activate a reward if a booking is made before the donation.
3 - Make a booking
Yes, please pay for the session(s) in full.
Ensure that you use the same email address for the booking as you did for the donation as we will need to match the pledge with the reward
4 - Foward the Confirmation
Foward the booking confirmation email on to bookings@georgegreens.com , stating ‘this booking is a reward for a pledge donation‘.
Alternatively, if you cannot locate your booking confirmation email, you can forward us your booking number found under ggcb.co.uk/my-account
5 - We'll refund you
And we’ll refund the full amount that was charged on our website for the session.

The pledge donation will be kept as part of the crowdfunder
